Zeldesk's Customer Satisfaction Policy

At Zeldesk we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your business or professional life. You have several choices and we thank you for entrusting us with your business. Thank you. Please refer refund policy details below:

Monthly Subscriptions. If you are not satisfied during your first month of software usage on monthly subscription plan, please contact us. We will do our best to solve your problem and offer you a solution .If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to offer you a COMPLETE REFUND for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan.

Annual Subscriptions. . Zeldesk doesn't force you enter into an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. If you are dissatisfied during your first 10 days of using our service on annual subscription plan, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue and to provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Auto-Renewal. For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will be renewed automatically until you cancel the service. Prior to your subscription auto-renewal, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.

We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account which they do not longer want until it is has already been charged. In this scenario , you can cancel your monthly/annual subscription even five business days after your renewal date, and we will still process your cancellation and give you a PRO-RATED REFUND.
